AMANDA. Raised in a small rural community west of Champaign-Urbana I grew a deep fondness for the ever changing palette of the Midwest seasons. The stark cold winters give contrast to the hot heavy air and abundant blooms of summer. Spring provides budding hope of new life and fall the reminder of rest and recovery. Early in life I developed a passion for artist expression in many forms and found myself draw to work that allowed me to use these skills. Van Gogh once said “one can speak poetry just by arranging colors well” and I’m a beyond excited to share the poetry of our land with you.
