Learn how to infuse the incredible nourishment of spring’s first harvest in a tasty tonic and salad dressing. Participants will join Liz for a plant walk that focuses on identifying, harvesting and processing nutritious weeds and wild plants. Then, we’ll head into the kitchen to learn how to make an infused vinegar with our foraged material. Participants will take home a spring weeds field guide + a recipe for this healthy concoction + some of the infused vinegar to take home.
