Where to plant: full sun
Ranunculus does best in areas with mild winters and cool long springs. Here in the Midwest our winter can be pretty cold and harsh so we plant them in our insulated hoop house in the fall around Thanksgiving. If you have a cold frame or home greenhouse that might work for fall planting. Otherwise you can store your corms in a dry place (in a non-freezing garage or basement) until late winter/early spring and plant them then. Your purchase will include a printed growing guide.
